Change font-size control as implemented on the Cached Content Browser Bar

Usage Scenario:

A user with impaired vision finds that the standard font-size on the i-opener is too small to read comfortably. The user moves the pointing device to the "font magnifier" control on the Web browser or the cached content browser, presses the increase font-size button (the "+" symbol) once or twice to increase the size of the font by one unit with each press. Finding that the size of the font is just right, the user resumes reading a Web page in the browser. Another user in the household may go to another Web page and find that they want more of the text on the page displayed at one time so they press the decrease font-size button until the text is displayed to their liking.
